Windows 10 is the most recent version of the Microsoft Windows operating system. There b been many different versions of Windows over the years, including Windows 8 (release 2012), Windows 7 (2009), Windows Vista (2006), and Windows XP (2001). While older versi of Windows mainly ran on desktop and laptop computers, Windows 10 is also designed to we equally well on tablets. tile rea dra To til Pi als How is Windows 10 different from other versions? Windows 10 looks and feels similar to older versions. Still, it includes a lot of new features and improvements. Windows Start Menu One of the most important features in Windows 10 is the Start menu. You'll use the Start to open apps, access commonly used folders, and a whole lot more. The Start menu of Windows 10 is the combination of Windows 7 Start menu and Window Start screen. On the left of the Windows 10 Start menu, the middle section shows the m used and many recent added apps and programs. You can also find File Explorer, Settings can perform common tasks, like starting a program, shutting down the computer, searching file or a folder, etc. To show all the apps installed in a system, select the All apps option. All the installed apps programs are shown here in an alphabetical order. Whereas, on the right side of the Start menu, we have Windows 10 Tiles. It disple information that are useful at a glance without opening an app. For example, the Weathert displays the forecast while the News tile displays headlines. You can rearrange, resize and move these tiles to make them work better for you. Other Start Menu Options: There are a few other settings you can change for the Start menu, including viewing the Start menu in full-screen mode. To access these options, right-click the desktop, select Personalize, then choose Start. From here, you can choose to turn these options on or off.
